With a background in psychology, Simon Welsh offers Andrews Group's clients evidence-based analysis and insight to develop solutions to their marketing and strategy challenges.

Simon joined Andrews Group in 2000. Since that time he has worked with over 80 clients - across all tiers of government, membership-based organisations and the private sector - on projects ranging from media relations to strategic planning and leadership training for frontline managers.

Simon's career highlights include:

- playing the lead role in a cultural change program for an international manufacturing client;
- engagement as the marketing advisor to the Victorian Department of Justice's Gambling Licences Review;
- providing strategic guidance to the Australian Red Cross and the development of its educational business;
- providing strategic analysis and advice to the Victorian Department of Sustainability and Environment regarding commercial proposals affecting Victoria's zoos;
- developing branding and communication strategies for asset management firm, Silcar; and
- working with a number of industry/professional bodies (from quantity surveyors to the dairy industry) to develop and implement new strategic directions for those bodies and their respective industries/professions.
